This incredible Women’s Circle will be an intimate gathering where we can deepen our connections, listen to each other's journeys & learn more about ourselves.

We will meet fortnightly for 12 weeks, with our first gathering on Tuesday May 27th and our final gathering on August 5th. The location of the Women's Circle is at Synergy Fitness & Wellbeing, Yarrambat. The Circle will begin at 6:30pm sharp and will aim to finish between 8pm-8:30pm (getting everyone home at a reasonable time for a cozy transition to sleep is very important to me!).

Each Circle will be an intentional blend of sharing stories, guided discussions, and mindful practices that foster a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, explore personal growth, or simply be in an authentic space with an amazing group of women, this circle is the place for you.

The 6 themes for these Circles will be:

1. Connecting to Energy & the Energetic body (May 27th)

2. Subconscious Mind & Patterns (Jun 10th)

3. Allowing Emotions (Jun 24th)

4. Life Cycles, Seasons & Inner Child Connection (Ju 8th)

5. Being Seen & Heard (Jul 22nd)

6. Self Acknowledgement & Celebration (Aug 5th)

We will also be connected via a WhatsApp Group that is ONLY OPEN on the alternating Tuesday with Guided prompts to respond to. This fosters connection on the "off weeks" and keeps the thread of self awareness & group connection alive.

I have limited this Circle to a maximum of 12 Women, this allows the space to stay connected and gives every person ample time to share in Circle. As a participant in this Women's Circle you are encouraged to share what feels right for you. Some days that may be little and some days that may be a lot. As the Circle facilitator I will have a timer of somewhere between 2-5 minute per share (depending on overall numbers), this is to keep equality & flow in the shared space. Of course, if you do not feel open to sharing in any given moment, no one will push you to share. Each Woman has autonomy over her own actions and participation in the Circle.

Gather with us, sip on tea, share tears of laughter and tears of joy - all emotions are welcomed here. Together, we’ll create a space where every voice is heard, every transition has been witnessed and every heart feels welcomed.
