About Michelle (Mish to her friends):

Mish has been sitting with women in curated Circle spaces for almost 10 years. These spaces have transformed her relationships and created greater intimacy, deep friendships and a sense of belonging. She is committed to sharing these experiences with other women.

Mish is a devoted coffee lover, body positivity advocate, sensitive soul, creator of community and deep feeler. She is a Scorpio who loves deep conversations, looong voice memos, documentaries, oracle cards, singing out loud and dance breaks.

Mish shares Spinal Energetics, Intuitive Energetic healing (Reiki & Seichem), personalised health coaching, women's Circles, wellness retreats and mindfulness. Her work supports clients to create intimacy and connection, release trauma, experience nervous system regulation and find healthy boundaries to live a life that feels fulfilling.

Mish has been sharing meditation, Yoga and energetic healing for 20+ years. Her own experiences with burnout, stress, health issues and addiction led her to search for ways to manage her mood and support health and well being, which could be included in any busy schedule.

She has worked with government departments, large corporations and individuals to support them in managing stress and seeking work/life balance. Mish is passionate about supporting you to fall in love with your life.
