Women's Circle Workshops with Caroline Kell
Event description
Join Caroline Kell, Founder of Blak Wattle Coaching and Consultancy, host of the Yarning Up podcast and TedX speaker, for three nourishing and insightful Women’s Circle Workshops held in February through to April 2023.
This new and unique offering draws on Aboriginal principles of wellbeing to create a safe space for women and gender diverse people to come together and learn, connect, and share knowledge on Values and Identity (Workshop One), Routines and Rituals (Workshop Two), and Self-Talk (Workshop Three).
In this series of workshops, you will learn how to:
- Define your values and what creates your sense of self.
- Explore what routines and rituals you can utilise to support yourself and better serve your communities.
- Identify and break negative self-talk patterns and use self-talk as a tool to feel more empowered.
Throughout the evening Caroline will share her wisdom and practical tools and you will connect through a yarning circle and workshop activities. Aboriginal owned drinks and nibbles will also be provided.
Workshop dates:
22 February 2023 (6-8pm) | Workshop One - Values and Identity
15 March 2023 (6-8pm) | Workshop Two – Routines and Rituals
12 April 2023 (6-8pm) | Workshop Three – Self-talk
Investment: Single workshop: $69 | Workshop Package (includes all 3 workshops): $147
