Women's Circles (monthly) - July 2022 to Dec 2022
This is a women's group to provide a network for women to connect, share, learn and grow together in a positive and supportive environment. Anyone who identifies as a women and above the age of 16 is welcome to attend.
These monthly gatherings are focused on wellness. We have guest speakers and activities about all things wellness!
We take time to wind down with a guided meditation, share affirmations and enjoy soulful chats over complimentary yummy food and cups of herbal teas.
These circles are a perfect way to learn new things, support your health and wellness, meet new friends or just relax!
Each session is only $10 as we want to make it affordable to most. We do ask that you bring a plate to share please : )
These sessions will run throughout the year on the FIRST FRIDAY of every month from 6 PM to 8 PM. And many of us stay and chat for longer and just chill.
THIS IS THE PLAN FOR THE NEXT QUARTER:
- JULY: Mindful yoga, meditation, music and hot cocao by the fire (and potentially dancing!) with Usha Raman
- AUGUST: How to make and enjoy fermented foods with Penny Mazzucchelli
- SEPTEMBER: Breathing Workshop with Yogabreath and Soma Breath Instructor, with Teniele Arnold
Many topics throughout the year may be explored include mindset, relationships, art, movement (e.g. dance or yoga), nutrition, skin health, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, cooking, alternative therapies and much more.
