Sacred Circles are an intimate gathering for women to reconnect with their feminine essence. For eons, women have gathered in circles, and there is something intrinsic that happens when we return to this ancient practice: a deep remembering within our bones, a fire ignited in our bellies, and an opening in our hearts. We gather to honour the sacred pulse of life within, nurturing our hearts, wombs, and the divine Feminine that moves through each of us.

I once hesitated to use the word 'sacred,' feeling its meaning had been diluted. But there is no better way to describe the work we do here. The Feminine is inherently sacred; the root of the female body is a holy place from which life is created. This is our gateway to the unseen realm of spirit. Many women feel a deep longing to connect to this space within themselves, to rediscover the beauty and mystery of their own bodies.

These evenings are heart-led, guided by the energy of the moment. Together, we sit in reverence, allowing whatever needs to emerge to surface, as we witness and hold space for each other. Here, we honor each woman’s unique journey – there is no need to fix or change. We embrace and welcome everyone as they are, knowing that in this circle, we are all equal. Through this shared experience, we remember that we are worthy of being seen, heard, and held.

Every woman is welcomed here, whether you're new to this journey or have been exploring it for some time. Together, we sit in devotion to the divine feminine spirit that resides in us all.

These circles will be held at Centred Ground in Bowden, a beautiful heritage shopfront with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space feels intimate and comfortable, offering the perfect setting for meaningful connection and reflection.

Energy Exchange: $44
This includes organic herbal tea and secures your space within the circle. Spaces are limited to maintain intimacy, so early booking is encouraged.

As a Menstrual Cycle Educator, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Retreat Facilitator, Maddison’s mission is to empower women by helping them reconnect with their innate wisdom.
