An intentional space for women to gather, learn, listen, and be seen. This is not something new or of my own creation – we have been coming together in circles for eons. There is something deeply intrinsic that happens when we return to this ancient practice: a remembering within our bones, a fire ignited in our bellies, and an opening in our hearts.

While I aim to keep these circles simple, there is nothing simple about the magic that unfolds when we gather. Although there will be structure and a theme, each circle will be guided by the energy present, allowing whatever needs to come into awareness to surface. Together, we will unravel, witness, and hold space for each other.

This is a heart-led space, where we honour ourselves and our own experiences while extending the same respect to others. The intention is not to fix or change – we accept, embrace, and welcome each person as they are. In this circle, we are all equal. By sitting together, we acknowledge that we are all worthy of being seen, heard, and held.

So, what can you expect?

Each gathering will begin with tea and somatic practices to help us settle into our bodies and the present moment. We’ll explore themes of cyclical living and the menstrual cycle, with space for reflection, self-inquiry, and sharing your unique truth.

The practices we include may vary, but they could involve feminine embodiment practices, meditation, chanting, and connection exercises. Every gathering will be unique, guided by the theme of the evening and the energy within the circle. Whatever emerges will support us on the journey of that particular night.

Whether you’re completely new to menstrual cycle awareness or have been exploring it for some time, you are warmly welcomed. You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience to join – come as you are. This space is here to support you wherever you are on your journey.

These two-hour gatherings are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, express your truth, and cultivate meaningful connections, with the potential for deep and lasting friendships.

These circles will be held at Centred Ground in Bowden, a beautiful heritage shopfront with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space feels intimate and comfortable, offering the perfect setting for meaningful connection and reflection.

Energy Exchange: $44
This includes organic herbal tea and secures your space within the circle. Spaces are limited to maintain intimacy, so early booking is encouraged.

These women’s circles are facilitated by Maddison from The Art of Cyclical Living. As a Menstrual Cycle Educator, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Retreat Facilitator, Maddison’s mission is to empower women by helping them reconnect with their innate wisdom. With her heart on her sleeve, she creates space for women to discover the wisdom that resides within themselves, allowing them to reconnect with their inner truth and power.
