Description
Breathe - Community Gathering Women’s Circles
with Founder of Calm Studio Massage & Wellness Lucille Lebouc
A community gathering around the fire where we share stories, return to our bodies wisdom, support & hold each other through the tidal waves of life. This is the therapy that women in today’s world are missing.
What’s included:
Outdoor Fire with cushioned seating
Herbal Tea
Embodiment Practice
Sharing Circle (held by an experienced facilitator & practitioner)
Guided Ritual
Women's Circle
This circle is crafted for women from all walks of life. Maidens, mothers to be, mothers, grandmothers and babies in arms welcome. Conversations about women's empowerment will be a focus, with an opportunity to share or ask any questions about your current season of life. This circle is not intended for advice. It is a holding in anything you are moving through. Depending on the topics that arise during circle, we will engage in a supportive ritual at the end together, tailored to you.
This is an opportunity to pause, take a deep breath and connect with others who are riding the ups and downs of life with you.
