Event description

Spend 4 delicious hours retreating from the 'To Do's' and revel in just BEING. Take a pause from all the heaviness and hard work and let someone else take care of you for a change. Allowing yourself to connect with others, and within, through mindfulness practices, authentic relating, cacao ceremony and movement.

My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can be you true authentic self. Please reach out if you have any queries or need more info.
