We will gather in the kitchen, the true heart of the home, cooking together in community side by side with other likeminded women, to reignite a joy and passion in the kitchen and for nourishing ourselves, and maybe even learn some new skills, while I weave my knowledge around utilising the healing wisdom of Food as Medicine throughout the day.

The meals we create will be simple and easy to recreate in your own home, yet include wholesome, nutritious, local and seasonal ingredients, with gut-loving, and immune-boosting benefits. You will receive copies of all the recipes to take home, along with some of my favourite foundational tips on nutrition.

We will then sit and enjoy the meal we have created in a beautiful setting, connecting, chatting and laughing, sharing our hearts and voices together - as meals are intended to be enjoyed with others.

Following our meal, we will relax into a delicious sound meditation led by some amazing facilitators, where the sound waves and vibrations will induce a state of deep relaxation and rest, and we will leave feeling so deeply nourished, with our hearts and bellies full!

We will be utilising the freshest of local, seasonal ingredients and everything we make will be additive/preservative, gluten and refined sugar free.
