We will gather in the kitchen, the true heart of the home, for a day of cooking, connection and community with other likeminded women, to reignite our joy in the kitchen and passion for nourishing ourselves, and maybe even learn some new skills along the way!

I will weave my knowledge around utilising the healing wisdom of Food as Medicine throughout the day, and encourage any questions around all things food and nutrition as we cook together.

The meals we create will be simple and easy to recreate in your own home, yet include wholesome, nutritious, local and seasonal ingredients, with gut-loving, and immune-boosting benefits. You will receive copies of all the recipes to take home, along with some of my favourite foundational tips on nutrition.

We will then sit and enjoy the meal we have created together in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature - as meals are intended to be enjoyed with others.

Following our meal, we will relax into a delicious sound meditation led by Jacquie from Aura Yoga Retreats, where the sound waves and vibrations will induce a state of deep relaxation and rest, and we will leave feeling so deeply nourished, with our hearts and bellies full!

We will be utilising the freshest of local, seasonal ingredients and everything we make on the day will be additive/preservative, gluten and refined sugar free.

(I also recommend bringing along a container or 2 for leftovers…as we will be cooking up a feast!!)
