Wooo Hoo we’re back for the autumn with an evening of women’s creative wellness!

Reiki Infused Guided Meditation with Gemma from Wolf Therapies followed by a Cyanotype Printing Workshop with acclaimed Brighton artists, Amy Isles Freeman.

Lots of lovely refreshments; wine, cbd drinks and kombucha and snacks!

Great wellness-ey night out for you and your besties or come alone to meet new people in a fun, creative community!

As teachers and guides, we work with the body and spirit, across a range of modern and ancient modalities. Through integrative and multidisciplinary Events, Retreats, Talks + Workshops we are mixing up modalities and bringing in new approaches to healing and awakening.

We use SOUND, BREATH, MOVEMENT, ENERGY, CREATIVITY + IMAGINATION.
