When was the last time you truly felt alive?

Not busy.

Not rushing.

Not holding it all together.

But deeply present... free... and fully at home in yourself.

As life moves through us, so do emotions, stories, expectations and the weight we carry.

Often, instead of moving through us, they settle within us.

Yet our bodies have always known movement. From the moment we were conceived, we floated, turned, stretched and responded to life. Before words, there was movement. Before we understood, our bodies already knew.

Together we'll create a space of gentleness, presence and permission, where every expression is welcome. We’ll move, stomp, breathe, shake, dance, feel, release, remember and simply be.

To soften the mind...

To return to the body...

To reconnect with the essence of who you are.

There are no steps to learn.

No expectations.

No one watching.

Just music.

Movement.

Breath.

Connection.

Every body is a dancer.

Come exactly as you are.

Move as your body longs to move.

Leave feeling more grounded, more alive and more deeply connected to yourself.

No experience necessary, just come with an open heart & mind
Pregnancy Friendly
BYO water bottle, and mug for Cacao.
Wear something you can move in, and come as you are.

Evening Schedule
- Arrival 5.45-6pm
- Welcome & settle in 6pm
- Ceremonial Cacao (to open the heart)
- Dance 60min, 20min integration/relaxation

Closing circle ⭕️

Note : although the dance/movement aspect is 60min you do not need to move vigorously for 60min, it is open expression, so you can sit, lie down, stretch, rest and move slowly if you need/want to. Full freedom.
