Time to duck out from the everyday and regroup with you Getting out beyond the roles and responsibilities, the care for everyone else's needs. The accomodation of which means there is little room for you...to breathe out...to nurture you...to relax, renew and restore.
Join us for 3 nights on the Fleurieu Peninsula to do just that.
Twice daily restorative yoga and meditation. Gentle process work to help uncover the truth of you to be able to move powerfully forward in life with. Nourishing foods and plenty of down time. The chance to connect with like minded others or wander the beach alone.
All food an accomodation costs are included. The exact venue will be determined by numbers closer to the date. Twin share or single room options available.

- What level will the yoga session be?
Waratah has over 30 years experience teaching yoga to all levels. She is able to accomodate all levels from the beginner through to advanced, with extra support given to students with specific injuries and ailments. The yoga sessions on the retreat are aimed at relaxation, taking a more restorative approach than rigorous workouts.
- How many others will be on the retreat?
The retreat numbers at capped ay 8 participants.
- Will my dietary requirements be accommodated for?
Yes. All food requirements will be taken into consideration for the retreat. The food served will be freshly made, where possible using local, organic produce.
- Will there be much opportunity for solo time?
Yes. Your level of interaction with others is up to you. Some people like the opportunity to connect with other women, with deep enduring friendships often forged. For others, the choice and need to spend time a lone is honoured.
- Where will the retreat be held?
Depending on numbers the venue will be secured closer to the date. A large beach house with enough room to accommodate us all. This is will be on the Fleurieu Peninsula somewhere between Sellicks Beach and Victor Harbor.
