About Ban
Ban is an accomplished female founder with previous corporate experience as the head of department at Accenture, Optus, Spark and the College of Law. She founded her leadership development and executive coaching consulting firm in 2005.
Since then her company has ranked in the top 10 in APAC for their work in Change Management and Leadership programs by Tech Outlook in 2019.
Ban is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is accredited in LSI, OCI & OEI, DiSC,AQ and HBDI. These tools are integrated as part of coaching, leadership and team development programs at executive and leadership levels.
She is passionate about empowering young women entering the business field demonstrated through her role as the Co-Chair of the Millennium Women Leadership Accelerator advisory board which is a year-long program that provides young women the toolkit, networks and inspiration to take their career to new heights.
