Women's gathering: mind, body spirit celebration

This is our last women's gathering for the year, so we will be celebrating the close for the year and upcoming Christmas event with a special Women's circle. 

We'll have all our usual women's circle activities: sound healing, meditation, breathwork, oils and the like in a beautiful location. 

We'll also have a fire pit where we can relax and enjoy each other company. 

Join us. Bring a plate of food to share. We'll have Wholefoods to nourish the soul as well as cacao and other sweet treats to celebrate the end of year. 

The sould centre is a beautiful location to finish off what has been a lovely year.
