A Women's Gathering

To Nourish, Reconnect & Restore

With Christmas just around the corner, life can get busy, and we can easily forget to take time for ourselves.

Join Kellie-Ann Beaton and Julia Alford for a beautiful women’s pamper afternoon to slow down, take some time for yourself and enjoy a little nourishment and connection, reconnect within and enjoy the company of other women in a relaxed and welcoming space, held on a beautiful private property in Yanakie.

We’ll begin by settling into Himalayan breathwork, followed by restorative yoga and an extended Yoga Nidra to help you relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself.

There’ll be a little pampering too, with clay face masks and mirror reflection work, exploring the masks we wear in everyday life and reconnecting with the woman beneath them.

We’ll then move into guided meditation and group energy healing practices, exploring the energy within and all around us, connecting with our intuition and allowing space for self-healing and reflection.

To finish our time together, we’ll share delicious grazing platters lovingly prepared by Kellie, making this a beautiful afternoon of connection, self-care and restoration.

A chance to fill your own cup, have some fun, connect with other women and simply enjoy being present with yourself.

Saturday 5th December

Hair tie and towel to cover your hair when applying the face mask

Wear comfortable clothing to stretch and move around in for the restorative yoga.

We’ll explore Himalayan breathwork combines rhythmic breathing, gentle movement and breath retention, to help release tension, shift stagnant energy and reconnect with the body.

This will be followed by gentle restorative yoga, using bolsters and props to fully support your body in each pose, allowing you to settle in, soften and experience a greater sense of safety and relaxation as you rest in each posture.

No experience needed for the group energy healing, you will be guided every step of the way. A great opportunity to experience energy healing.
If attuned to a healing modality/s we welcome you.
