A women’s meditation circle to return home to yourself.

Relax • Release • Remember is a gentle, nourishing space for women to simply be.

A meditation circle where you are invited to slow down, reconnect, and feel held by the earth, by your breath, and by the quiet strength of other women beside you.

In each session, we’ll:

🌿 Relax into deep rest and stillness with grounding breathwork and body awareness

🌿 Release tension, expectations, and old stories that no longer serve

🌿 Remember the beauty, wisdom, and wholeness already within you

This is not a place for doing or fixing.

It’s a place for softening, unwinding, and listening to your body, your heart, and the rhythms of nature.

Together, we create a sacred pause in the week. A place to land. A place to remember who you are.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Let yourself be gently guided home.
