Midlife can be a big deal. Bodies age, libidos change, and sometimes it can feel isolating and frustrating.

But what if we could talk about it (all of it!) honestly — together?

Join Marja Captijn: Menopause Practitioner, Dr Liesel Mitchell: Sleep Expert, Emma Wright: Body Image Coach, and Harriet Moir: Comedian for an evening of conversation about women's health & wellbeing, sex, pleasure and connection in midlife.

This is a chance to hear about the human side of midlife, not just the technical changes. You'll get to hear other women’s experiences, and walk away with a fresh perspective and practical ways to care for and enjoy your body as it ages and changes.

What You’ll Experience:

A panel-style experience where you get to ask questions.
Giveaways from Estumu, Wildwood Flowers plus a goodie bag of gifts and vouchers.
A chance to connect with other midlife and beyond women.

Speakers' Topics Include:

Menopause and sexual wellbeing
Sleep in midlife
Body image & self-empowerment

By the End of the Evening You Will:

Understand why midlife changes can trigger strong emotions — and leave knowing no one is “failing.”
Hear candid stories, practical tools, and fresh ways to feel more grounded and able to care for yourself in your body as it is right now.
Leave having had an uplifting evening, real community connection, and a reminder that you are not broken, you're changing and you're in the driver's seat.

About the Hosts:

Harriet Moir is a professional comedian and entertainer. As the event host, Harriet will bring a good dose of relatability, reassurance and occasional bursts of raucousness too. You can all relax knowing that delving into these very personal and sensitive topics is in the hands of someone who is all about keeping things real and having a good laugh at ourselves along the way.
