Women's Health & Wellbeing – A Special Event for Women 30-50s

Thursday 4 September 10am to 11am
South Eastern Community Hub, 1007 Botany Road, Mascot

Please join us to celebrate Women's Health Week, with a delicious morning tea and presentation from a South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Women's Health Nurse:

  • Women's Health Program + clinics

  • Cervical Screening update and education on self-collection and HPV

  • Breast Screening update and education on self-examination

  • Let's chat Q&A on topics such as perimenopause, pelvic floor exercises, contraception and menstrual health.

Children are welcome to attend.
