Women's Health Group

The Women's Health Group is one of our most beloved groups, packed with educational sessions and exciting activities, this group has something for everyone. It is also a great way to keep connected with yourself and other women in the community. 

Tuesdays (Fortnightly) 10am-12pm (5 weeks)

This group is located at our centre, unless otherwise notified. By registering for this event, it is assumed you will be committed to participating in the whole program. You will be sent a reminder before each session.
