Come join us for a day focused on health and well-being! We invite local women of all ages and backgrounds to come along and partake in some health-focused activities.

The day will begin with a breathwork session from a licensed practitioner, followed by one of three activities, based on Jean Hailes' daily themes. You can only pick one activity, so choose carefully!

Fuel: Get hands-on and make your own delicious, healthy protein balls while learning simple tips for healthy eating.
Connect: Get creative, relax and connect with other women while enjoying a fun nail art activity.
Rest: Take some time for yourself and make your own aromatherapy materials, ready for when you need some self-care moments.

Then, there'll be lunch and games to follow!
