    Event description

Join Alicia at the University of Adelaide for Women's Health Week for a special class offering designed to
foster inner peace and connection. This session pairs yin yoga with sound healing, harmonizing the frequency of your cells to create a sense of oneness in body and mind.

This 60-minute Yin and Sound Bath class for the University of Adelaide blends the calming practice of Yin Yoga with
the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. Join Alicia to immerse yourself in a healing journey that harmonizes body,
mind, and sound. The sound bath will aim to even out the frequency of your cells and get your body and mind singing
to one melody. This unique experience promotes deep physical and mental restoration, suitable for all levels.

Alicia, who has been practicing yin yoga since her school years, will lead this session. As a certified sound healer and
experienced yin teacher, her deep connection to sound, music, and the healing arts has enriched her yoga journey.
These sessions are particularly meaningful to Alicia because they reflect her commitment to supporting women's
wellbeing. Alicia believes in the importance of nurturing mental health, and these classes will hopefully
provide a serene space for women to reconnect with themselves and find balance.

Alicia is also in her final year of her Oenology and viticulture degree at the University of Adelaide and so she is excited to give back to this community. Alicia is excited to share her insights and guide you through these enriching journeys.
