Step into the transformative embrace of nature in this half day mini-retreat designed for women seeking connection, renewal and fun!

Your morning journey includes:

🌿 Opening Circle: Begin with a women's circle style check-in to meet the other women joining the experience and set intentions for your morning in nature.

🌿 Yoga to Prepare Your Body: A welcoming, accessible movement session that opens your body, releases stiffness, and gets you ready to move confidently on the hike ahead. No prior yoga experience necessary, it'll be a gentle invitation to move your body. Yoga mats provided.

🌿 Guided Waterfall Hike: Descend into the heart of a lush rainforest, passing through magical scenery that will enhance your connection with nature and your inner self. We walk at the speed of the slowest person with the ethos that no-one gets left behind. (1.5-2hrs, grade 3, 4kms, suitable for beginner-moderate).

🌿 Morning Tea: Take in the beauty of the waterfall and enjoy a tea and yummy snack and have fun with group photos!

🌿 Closing Circle: Finish the adventure by connecting with the women of the group to share your experience, swap contact details with your new friends!

The women who usually attend these hikes are solo adventurers aged 35 to 70 years young – making it a welcoming space for all women looking to get outdoors, connect with others, and enjoy a mindful, active experience.

TIME: 8am - 12:00pm (QLD time) / 9am-1pm (NSW time)

LOCATION: Springbrook National Park, QLD. address provided on ticket purchase

WHAT TO BRING: * Water bottle with 2Ls of water* Hat, hiking shoes/boots, sunscreen, raincoat (weather dependent), mozzie repellant (natural if possible), hiking poles (if you need them for steep hills and stairs). Please wear clothes suitable for both hiking and yoga!

GRADING: Grade 3, 1.5-2hrs, stairs, easy to moderate – perfect for beginners!

NOTE:
- There are many stairs on this walk please contact Nature Ritual directly if you prefer to chat about your abilities before buying your ticket.

-The event is for women 18yrs+
- You'll need to sign a waiver to participate in this event.
- Moderate level of fitness is required for a grade 3 hike. The trail is fairly well maintained but there is uneven surfaces, steep drop offs and slippery surfaces.
- Please be responsible and aware of your physical and mental abilities and only choose to participate if it's right for you and your body. This event is not intended as therapy, please seek advice from health professionals if this is what you are needing.
- The host will monitor weather conditions and will only cancel the event if there is extreme weather. We will still walk in rain if safe to do so (it's part of the fun) and participate in a meditation and breathwork journey if outdoor yoga isn't possible. There are no refunds except if the host cancels the event due to weather, the host will make every attempt to reschedule, if this isn't possible a refund will be provided.
