Women's Wellbeing Circle

A Space to Nurture Yourself, Connect with Others & Prioritise Your Wellbeing

Life can be busy, demanding, and often centred around caring for others. These welcoming and supportive sessions provide women with an opportunity to pause, reflect, and invest in their own wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment.

Having been successfully delivered with multicultural women's groups, this program embraces a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, recognising the importance of caring for the mind, body, emotions, and social connections.

Facilitated by an experienced social worker and passionate community advocate, participants are guided through meaningful discussions, practical wellbeing strategies, and opportunities for personal reflection and connection.

Children are welcome to attend, making these sessions accessible for mothers and carers who may otherwise find it difficult to prioritise their own wellbeing.

No previous experience is required. Simply come as you are and enjoy time dedicated to your own health, wellbeing, and personal development.
