This immersive 3-day leadership experience, delivered in Melbourne’s CBD, creates space to pause, learn, reflect, and connect with a diverse new peer group of women leaders. With a 2-night accommodation option available, participants can choose the level of immersion that best supports work and life commitments.

Designed for mid-to-senior women leaders, the program supports those looking to lead with purpose, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change. Through practical strategies and peer learning, participants will build confidence and presence, learn to influence effectively, and explore workplace challenges with a gender lens.

Delivered over 3 consecutive days in Melbourne’s CBD, with an optional 2-night stay for participants seeking a more immersive experience. Dinner on Day 1 is included as part of the program, along with lunch and refreshments on all 3 days.
