This workshop explores the legal landscape of domestic and family violence and parenting in Queensland. Including: understanding domestic and family violence, parenting after separation, recent family law changes and safety planning.

Who should attend:

This workshop is designed for service providers across various sections including social services, healthcare and community support. This includes practitioners, support workers, coordinators, and people working directly with individuals impacted by or experiencing domestic and family violence. This workshop is aimed at providing a greater understanding of the legal framework surrounding domestic and family violence, and providing practical tools and insights to enhance practice within this sector and for the community.
