How to Prepare:

About Your Host:
Michelle has over 15 years of experience teaching yoga, meditation, and healing modalities and is the owner of the Nambour Yoga Centre in Australia. Her approach to teaching is compassionate and knowledgeable, grounded in a deep anatomical understanding of the body. A certified Yoga Therapist, Ashtanga Yoga, and Flow Teacher, Michelle meets each participant where they are, guiding them through the vulnerable, joyous, and sometimes confronting aspects of yoga. She believes yoga is a powerful, embodied practice with profound spiritual resonance, offering healing and transformation, especially in challenging times. Her classes are trauma-aware, anatomically informed, and designed to create space for personal healing and growth.
