Womens Ecstatic Dance & Feminine Embodiment Event

A sacred invitation to come home to your body. Join us for a heart-opening journey of freeform dance, connection, and soul expression.

Ecstatic Dance is a movement practice where you’re free to let go, move how you feel, and awaken the wild, the soft, the sensual—all parts of you.

No choreography. No judgement. Just you, the music, and your breath. Move through emotion. Dance with the divine. Connect to your feminine essence. This experience will be lovingly held and guided by Caitlyn & Chloe—two women devoted to embodiment, rhythm, and bringing more magic to our community.

No experience necessary, just come with an open heart & mind
Pregnancy Friendly
BYO water bottle, and mug for Cacao.
Wear something you can move in, and come as you are.

Evening Schedule
- Arrival 5.45-6pm
- Welcome & settle in 6pm
- Ceremonial Cacao (to open the heart)
- Dance 60min

Note : although the dance/movement aspect is 60min you do not need to move vigorously for 60min, it is open expression, so you can sit, lie down, stretch, rest and move slowly if you need/want to. Full freedom.
