Women's Nourished in Nature Retreat

I invite you to join me for a day to be inspired and nourished in nature. A day for being held in nature, movement through walking, meditation and creating. This is suitable to all women, no previous experience is required.

Included will be a gentle hike, nourishing lunch, creating drawings using nature and your own intuition without structure, followed by a sound healing. All art material are supplied, however you are welcome to bring your own.

All women are welcome.

When: Sunday 9.7.2023

Time: 11.00am to 4.00pm

Cost: $60.00 per person

What to wear: comfortable clothes (layers) for gentle hiking, shoes that have good grips as the rocks maybe slippery, old shirt that you ok to get paint on.

What to bring: Water bottle, hat, sunglasses

Blanket, bolster, pillow, eye pillow & mat
