Women's Day Retreat

I invite you to join me for a day to be inspired and nourished in nature. A day for being held in nature, movement through walking, meditation and creating 2 DIY low toxic body products. This is suitable to all women, no previous experience is required.

Included will be a gentle hike, nourishing lunch, making a face and body scub followed by a sound healing. Everything will be provided however you are welcome to bring your own blanket, mat bolster & eye pillow.

All women are welcome.

Cost: $60.00 per person

What to wear: comfortable clothes (layers) for gentle hiking, shoes that have good grips as the rocks maybe slippery

What to bring:

Water bottle, hat, sunglasses

Blanket, bolster, pillow, eye pillow & mat - these will be provided however you can bring your own.
