In Naked Awakening, we gather to consciously shed - not only our clothes, but the layers of protection built from shame, self-doubt, and old stories that keep us guarded. Getting naked is a powerful act of self-acceptance; when we strip away what covers us, we meet ourselves as we truly are... raw, real, and free. In this sacred space, you’re invited to trust your body, your breath, and the presence of sisterhood as you remember your true essence: radiant, worthy, magnetic.

Through gentle yin naked yoga, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, partner exercises and embodied reflection, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom and learn to release control, soften self-judgment, and trust yourself (and life) again.

This Reflection + Visioning ceremony is your invitation to lay down what feels heavy, honour how far you’ve come, and open to what’s calling you forward. As you surrender in this workshop, you will also be stepping into the new year feeling clear, grounded, and ready to receive all that you’re manifesting in 2026. Together, we’ll reflect on what you’re ready to learn from and let go of from this year and call in what you desire for the next.

What you can expect:

3.5 hour container held by facilitator with over 10 years experience holding these transformational spaces
Deep full-body relaxation & gentle breathwork
Nervous system regulating embodiment practices
Gentle 60 minute nude yin yoga practice and pranayama
Sharing circle to share openly and vulnerably in sisterhood
Vulnerability exercises solo and with a partner
Written reflection questions & journal prompts

Warm heated, private yoga studio space with dimmed lights

Expect candlelit ritual, body love, and a replenishing evening of trust and surrender - a homecoming to your worthiness to receive love, pleasure, and abundance.

– 2 x towels (towels to rent at studio if you forget)
– Yoga mat (if you have one)
– Sarong or robe to disrobe into and start wearing
– Journal & pen
