Women’s Painting Workshop: Healing Through Art

This painting workshop offers a safe and supportive space for all women to express and process their emotions through the transformative power of art. Whether you're navigating the complexities of breast cancer, healing from other personal wounds, or simply wish to honor your body, this workshop is a space to explore your feelings and connect with your inner strength.

In this workshop, we focus on:

Painting Your Emotions: Art allows you to convey feelings that words may struggle to capture—whether it’s fear, hope, sadness, joy, or resilience. Through intuitive painting, you’ll create works that reflect your journey, empowering you to honor and express your experiences.
Healing Trauma & Honoring the Body: Whether you’ve experienced physical or emotional trauma or simply wish to celebrate your body and femininity, this workshop provides a gentle, nurturing environment. Painting serves as both a release and a renewal, helping you process and honor your body and mind.
Supportive Community: Join a circle of women who understand the importance of shared healing. In a compassionate, non-judgmental space, you’ll share stories, find solidarity, and heal together through creativity.

Whether you are navigating breast cancer, other wounds, or seeking a deeper connection with your body, this workshop offers a space for reflection, healing, and self-discovery. Art opens the door to emotions often buried deep, creating an opportunity for growth, healing, and a new perspective.

Additionally, the workshop emphasizes connecting to divine femininity in a fun, supportive environment. Participants engage in meditation, shared stories, and a focus on body positivity, accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages and nourishing snacks. No prior experience is needed, and all are welcome as we embrace creativity, honor emotions, and find healing through painting.

This workshop is a nurturing space designed to support all women in their journey, with Anna’s passion for women’s health, motherhood, and sisterhood woven into every part of the experience.

Before the Workshop: Take a quiet moment to stand in front of a mirror and observe your body. Reflect on its shape, size, and color, and embrace the uniqueness of your form. Carry this self-awareness into the workshop as we celebrate our bodies through art.

This women-only class welcomes all ages over 18. No prior art experience is required. You will take home a finished acrylic or mixed media painting on a 30cm x 40cm canvas, along with a sense of connection and fulfillment.

Location: The workshop is held indoors in the UP Gallery’s cozy, well-lit space, complete with seating and heating.
