Central Queensland’s favourite retreats are back at Rosslyn Bay Wellness!

It’s been a while and we’ve missed you but after the craziness of the last couple of years we are back!

Our dedicated women’s retreats are a unique program offering tools that will nourish, heal, and create the pathway to higher levels of health, awareness and well-being. Our retreats are an opportunity for you to dive a little deeper and take your self-development journey to the next level. During the weekend, our wellness professionals offer a range of informative sessions covering topics that include the following:

- Nutrition specific to women’s health

- Organic permaculture farm excursion and fresh produce harvests

- Yoga therapy

- Meditation & Mindfulness

- Breathwork

- Massage

- Medicinal plant wisdom

- Cooking classes using organic fresh farm produce

- Foundations of self-love

The menu over the weekend, including fresh organic food straight from our permaculture farm, is nourishing, cleansing, satisfying, fortifying... and delicious! All meals are gluten free and we cater for any dietary restrictions.

Along with the various lectures and classes, we offer a relaxing spa treatment with further treatments available if you would like to pamper yourself.

Our retreats are held in the stunning Rosslyn Bay Resort complex, right on the shores of Kemp Beach, surrounded by lush headlands. Our retreats are open to local 'day trippers' as well as travellers who would like to book accommodation and stay on site. We allow free time in the afternoons for you to enjoy the beach and explore the surrounding National Parks.

We restrict the participant numbers to 20, as we find that this group size encourages unique connections and fosters a nurturing, sharing space for the weekend.
