Description

The past few years have become increasingly heavy. Much of this weight falls on women: homes, families, jobs, along with increasing existential burdens such as the loss of a sense of self, of a clear path, and, in some cases, hope. Lightening this load requires a dedicated practice, a safe space, and often, a little guidance.

If this resonates with you, or you simply need a mini reset, you are invited to gather in circle with other women to move through the heaviness, release it and restore your sense of Self.

Sarah, Belinda and Nat offer a deep dive through restorative movement, reiki, a mindful sound journey and an invitation to share, to help you replenish your energy, rejuvenate your body, and perhaps restore hope.

This protective circle is open to all people that identify as women (18+)
