~ Join Cait (House of She) & Sophie (Becoming the Light Within) for a 3 day, 2 night retreat in this very special Rainforest Oasis.

This luscious private property sets the tone for a beautiful rustic rainforest immersion, giving you the opportunity to disconnect from technology and busyness of normal life and find space to RECONNECT TO YOURSELF, reconnect to the present moment, reconnect with your intuition, reconnect to nature and the simplicity of the here and now; while also connecting with other beautiful likeminded women.

Dinner: Ratatouille, flat bread, lemon lentil stew with toasted almonds, roasted pumpkin with dukkah, carrot and fennel top salad, sauerkraut side.
Breakfast: Hot carafe of morning elixir, fig & turmeric granola, cut-up fresh fruit board, coconut yogurt, sweet potato caraway and quinoa loaf (gf), herbed Avo, beetroot pickled, free-range boiled eggs, sourdough loaf from markets.
Morning tea: Chia-spiced banana bread
Lunch: Gozleme with feta and swiss chard, almond taboule, purple cauliflower rice, baked sweet potato patties & tahini dressing.
Afternoon Tea: Apple, zucchini and ginger muffins

Feel that the food is medicine too, allowing this gourmet menu to be served to you all weekend, nourishing your body, heart and soul. The food is a huge part of this offering and we want each meal to be a ceremony and celebration.

We are so lucky to have Rose joining us for all our catering needs. Rose had catered for and assisted on many retreats in Byron Bay and we are so lucky and grateful to have her assistance & love in the food department 🙏

Each site has its own access to a private waterhole.
There is phone service / wifi a short 800m walk from the Retreat area, so as much as it is about disconnecting you can check in with family daily if you wish. There is also a phone number for the retreat, family can be given this number in case of an emergency.

This private property is located just off Finch Hatton Gorge Road. About 5min from the Flying Fox. Exact location, address and directions will be provided on booking.

Cait and Sophie will lead you through a divine weekend of connection, healing, movement, breath and meditation. With space to simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.

This land and this place is so beautiful & healing. There are walking tracks through the rainforest, viewing platforms over waterfalls and blissful spots to find solitude in nature – and it’s all ours for the weekend.
