When was the last time you truly took a moment to nourish your mind, body, and spirit?
Now is your opportunity to reset, recharge, and renew alongside a circle of high-vibration women who radiate positive energy. Join us for an immersive retreat where you’ll reconnect with yourself through trusted modalities designed to help you realign with your path.

Together, we’ll explore a variety of transformative practices including yoga, group discussions, fun games, tapping, dance and movement, Quantum Breath, crystal bowl sound healing, manifestation techniques, creative play, essential oils, and more - guided by expert facilitators. To top it off, you'll enjoy delicious zesty vegan meals that nourish both your body and your gut-brain connection.

Cost:
$300 per person (includes GST)

What's included:

  • Welcome gifts to take home
  • Lunches on Saturday and Sunday
  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • All day unchlorinated rain water to drink, teas, tisanes, coffee, cows’ milk and almond milk.

What's not included:

  • Accommodation and breakfasts and dinner Saturday.

This retreat is for women 18 and over. Please make childcare arrangements offsite.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of off-street parking.

Location:
Glen Aplin, nestled between Tenterfield, NSW, and Stanthorpe, QLD, on the New England Highway. It’s about a 3-hour drive from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or Lismore, in the heart of the Granite Belt wine region.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat - we'll be using these as an optional alternative to chairs all weekend
  • Cushion to sit on
  • Blanket and cosy socks (unless the forecast is for warm weather)
  • Water bottle if you like to use yours.
  • Pens and journal.
