Organised by Argyll Mediation with 8 years experience working with separated parents going through the family law system. Over three decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, supporting people in crisis. These days, Tess is immersed with a group of healing and spritual women who create space for other women to grow and thrive.

Mum, join us for an immersive retreat where you’ll reconnect with yourself through trusted modalities designed to help you realign with your path. Nurture the nurturer and see the benefits of looking after yourself flow on.

Together, we’ll explore a variety of transformative practices including yoga, group discussions, fun games, tapping, dance and movement, Quantum Breath, crystal bowl sound healing, manifestation techniques, creative play, essential oils, and more - guided by expert facilitators. To top it off, you'll enjoy delicious zesty vegan meals that nourish both your body and your gut-brain connection.

Glen Aplin, nestled between Tenterfield, NSW, and Stanthorpe, QLD, on the New England Highway. It’s about a 3-hour drive from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or Lismore, in the heart of the Granite Belt wine region.
