Hello, I'm Emmy Lee.

I welcome you to join me at The Furness for Women's Contrast Therapy sessions.

We offer Heat Therapy in a custom built wood fire Sauna, Cold Therapy with access to two Magnesium Ice Baths, guided Breathwork and Energy & Connection Exercises.

Held on the 4th Sunday of the month, in leafy Colonel Light Gardens, women come together in reverence, purification and support to share the experience in this garden Oasis.

As a strong, intuitive and compassionate guide, I will support you through the Contrast Therapy facilities to ensure you get the most benefit and enjoyment from your session.

The health benefits of Contrast Therapy and Breathwork are well researched and include:

• Reduced stress and anxiety

• Improved sleep

• Reduced pain and inflammation

• Improved heart rate variability
