We offer Heat Therapy in a custom built wood fire Sauna, Cold Therapy with access to two Magnesium infused Ice Baths, guided Breathwork and Energy & Connection Exercises.

Held regularly on the 4th Sunday of the month, in leafy Colonel Light Gardens, women come together in reverence, purification and support to share the experience in this garden oasis.
