Event description

Women's Self-Care Sound Bath

What to expect:

Join us for 1 hour of blissful relaxation to support your nervous system, allowing you to deeply rest and unwind with the healing benefits of live instruments played by Jen from Little Big Sounds. Followed by tea & sweet treats afterwards.

Expect to be in a comfortable supported seat or laying down whilst being guided through a gentle meditation by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, the rainstick, the medicine drum and more. A grounding and nurturing sound journey, allowing your mind and body to unwind, recharge and drop into a deep state of relaxation.

Who is this for?

Any women craving some self-care. This class is pregnancy-safe beyond 12 weeks. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.

    What to Bring
To ensure you feel supported and deeply relaxed, please bring:

    • Yoga mat
    • Blanket
    • Extra layers (socks/sweater/small wrap) – your body temperature may drop during meditation
    • Eye pillow or scarf (optional but highly recommended)
    • Small pillow for under your head (optional but lovely for extra comfort)

    About Jen

Hi I'm Jen! Founder and creator of Little Big Sounds! 😊

I'm a seasoned musician with a background in instrumental teaching and performance. I've also been meditating for many years and have felt the benefits first hand of deep relaxation and stress relief from my years of practice.

Jen’s Sound Baths are designed to gently guide the body into a state of peace and calm, with the intention to honour the awe-inspiring woman you are.

    Liability Waiver Agreement:

I understand that sound healing offers an opportunity for relaxation and stress release and is not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment. I will inform the Sound Practitioner of any medical conditions before the sound bath begins. If I am pregnant, have a pacemaker, am post-surgery, or experience sound-induced epilepsy, my purchase of a ticket verifies that I have my physician’s approval to participate. Instruments will be played at a safe distance of more than 1 meter from the body for a general sound bath.

I also understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the session and used for promotional material on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & website), educational resources, or documentation of events. I consent to the use of my photos and/or videos for these specific purposes. Please contact your facilitator if you wish to opt out.

I affirm that my participation is at my own discretion and that I will prioritize my own well-being during the session. Should my health condition change, I will complete a new waiver of liability and advise the sound practitioner. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Little Big Sounds, We Are Mother Club, and its authorized instructors.

By purchasing this ticket, I agree to this Liability Waiver Agreement.
