🎯 What to Expect:
- Warm-up: A quick session to get your body moving and mind focused.
- Techniques: Learn essential moves to protect yourself, from blocking to striking.
- Practice: Partner up and try out your new skills.
- Empowerment: Boost your confidence and leave feeling unstoppable.

Event Schedule:
11:30 AM – Welcome & warm-up
11:45 AM – Techniques & hands-on practice
12:45 PM – Q&A and wrap-up
