Women's Social Circle (Mood Boards and Manifestations)

We welcome you to the first official Women's Social Circle at Naya Dawn. Women of all ages and backgrounds welcome!

This month the theme is creating your dream future! We will spend 2.5 hours together as we brainstorm our ideal futures in the domains of employment, relationships (friendships, romantic and family), finances, health and wellbeing. We will practice some evidence-based manifestation skills, set goals, and establish ways to overcome expected boundaries. 

Rachel is passionate about creating group spaces where individuals feel welcome and accepted. Rachel will facilitate some group activities to help everyone get to know each other, and there will be time for socialising and snacks at the end of the session. 

Women's Social Circles run roughly monthly. Stay tuned via social media for an update on future groups.
