Spring Renewal Retreat

— A Space to choose you

This retreat is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. Created to nurture and empower, it offers space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your wellbeing in a meaningful and grounding way.

Nestled in a peaceful natural setting, the retreat weaves together guided experiences, heartfelt connection, and spacious moments to simply breathe, reflect, and be. Throughout your day, you’ll have access to the pool, spa, sauna, and cold plunge — supportive spaces for deep rest, nervous system regulation, renewal, and restoration.

This is time to fill your own cup, reconnect with what matters, and welcome the energy of spring with intention, clarity, and care.

Optional workshops and experiences include:

Breathwork & sound healing
Cacao ceremony
Meditation and mindfulness
Ecstatic dance
Fire release ceremony
