ALLI'S TRAINING INCLUDES: Chiropractic, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Yoga & Meditation teaching, Breathwork facilitation, Reiki, Psychosomatic Therapy, Access Consciousness, Plant-based Nutrition, Organic Gardening, Horticulture, Bee Keeping, Vibrational Medicine and more.

MIND THERAPY: You will have a private life coaching session with Alli where you will have an opportunity to change limiting beliefs using techniques such as Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Bilateral Neural Stimulation and energy clearing.

ACCOMMODATION: Stay in a beautiful home on Bribie Island. Each participant will have a private deluxe room for 2 nights (3 days) during this retreat. Walk to the beach or relax in the accommodation as you transform through this journey of personal growth and development.

Bribie locals are encouraged to stay both nights to immerse yourself in the full experience.

FOOD: Alli is trained in healthy plant based nutrition and will be giving cooking classes on how to prepare easy healthy meals. She will be preparing a wide variety of tasty food served in a buffet style; so be prepared to indulge in delicious healthy food! You may participate in the cooking as an option.

WHAT YOU TAKE HOME: skills in yoga, meditation, breathwork, a new healthy self-empowered mindset, a jar of organic sauerkraut and kombucha that you made including a starter scoby, a jar of raw organic honey from Alli's bees that you helped to harvest, a new sense of self confidence and a connection with others.

All accommodation, meals, snacks and refreshments are included.

ITINERARY:

Day 1: 3pm arrival - opening ceremony, connection circle, energy clearing, intention setting, Pranayama breathing practices, meditation, dinner, free time at the nearby beach, rest at the accommodation in the spa, or have a private mind therapy session with Alli.

Day 2: yoga, transformational breath work, sound healing, breakfast, health workshop, lunch, free time at the nearby beach, dinner, rest at the accommodation, in the spa, or have a private mind therapy session with Alli.

Day 3: yoga, breakfast, food preservation and bee keeping education, lunch, connection circle and closing ceremony. 1pm finish.

WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat (one is provided), some extra blankets/pillows for breath work, a swimsuit, a pool towel, a hat, your personal items, a journal (optional), some cash for purchasing a few items at the retreat, comfortable clothing (natural fibres are recommended).

*Liberated Life Project is a Not-for Profit Organisation initiated by Alli. All proceeds go towards building the Liberated Life Retreat Centre for Transformation in Valdora, Sunshine Coast. Anticipated completion date will be 2025, dependent on resources.
