Meet your hosts:

Estelle’ Woods is a Thought Leader, Author, Facilitator and Speaker on Self-Care, Rejecting Personal Limitations and Reclaiming Hopes and Dreams. She is also a much loved member of the Women’s Village community.

Sonja Olsen is a Teacher, an Artist and Spiritual enthusiast and much loved member of the Women’s Village community.
