Jadde's always been passionate about dancing, with years of jazz training and a deep love for movement. Over the years, she's explored fitness classes and found how amazing dance can be for physical health, emotional release, and overall happiness. This class is not about perfection – it's about celebrating your body, connecting with the music, and sharing joy with like-minded women.

Come join us for a fun and empowering dance fitness class! We'll be moving to the rhythm of classic Brazilian hits – think party anthems that take you straight to the heart of Brazil's vibrant youth culture. It’s all about having fun, feeling free in your body, and letting loose while enjoying the magic of dance.

Kirsty is not just a powerhouse; she's a former chef and a stay-at-home mummy of four who is passionately creating the life she’s always dreamed of.
