Join us on August 23 in Central London (location TBC) for Women's Weightlifting Club β€” the Australian founded community in Bondi by Becki Baldwin, now coming to London for the very first time for one special class.

Known for building an empowering, community-driven space for women in Sydney’s Bondi Beach, Becki is bringing the Women’s Weightlifting Club experience to London, alongside special guest coach Riley Forbes, for a day dedicated to strength, confidence, and connection.


What to Expect?

12 PM – Signature Strength Training Session:
Be guided through an empowering strength workshop led by Becki Baldwin and guest coach Riley Forbes. This session will break down key lifting techniques, helping you master your form and build confidence with weights. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, expect clear instruction, hands-on coaching, and encouragement every step of the way.

  • Foundational lifting skills taught the Bondi way.

  • Expert insights from both Becki and Riley.

  • A focus on functional strength, technique, and mindset.

Designed for Women, by Women:
This session is more than a workout β€” it’s a mindset shift. Created specifically for women of all experience levels, it’s a safe, non-intimidating environment where lifting weights becomes both accessible and empowering.

1 PM – Recovery & Wellness:
After your session, relax and recover like an athlete:

  • Saunas to soothe your muscles.

  • Ice baths for a refreshing cooldown.

  • Nourishing healthy snacks and refreshments to refuel.

Community & Connection:
Network with other women who share your strength goals. Expect positive energy, shared stories, and the chance to become part of the broader Women’s Weightlifting Club community, even if just for the day.
