The design of the days and the sessions provide an opportunity to release tension, reduce anxiety and overwhelm and importantly reconnect with your purpose and restore balance to your heart, mind, body and soul. Re-discover your clarity and focus, build newfound resilience; overcome your own psychological and mental barriers to change and explore new pathways for growth.
