We start to find our tribe and feel reassurance that we can support ourselves better.

It’s the most beautiful experience to see women come together and openly share their inner world in a non judgmental, inclusive way.

This is a sacred gathering that offers a space to connect, share, and support one another as we embrace the energies of the new moon in Sagittarius.

WHEN: Friday 1st November 2024. START: arrive 1:15 for 1:30pm. FINISH: 3:30pm

WHERE: A beautiful, peaceful studio in Mount Barker SA (Victoria Rd)- exact address emailed prior to event.

THE INVESTMENT and JOURNEY:

6:15pm- Please start to arrive no earlier than 6:15 ready for a 6:30pm start.
Where we will prepare, settle in, make a lovely tea and place items on the alter

6:30pm- We will gather around in an outdoor circle preparing ourselves to enter the space.

6:45pm- Enter the space and sharing circle of introductions

7:30pm- Preparing for our breathwork journey- focusing on the new moon in Sagittarius, the solar plexus chakra and connecting to our tribe. Preframing included

7:40pm- Breathwork journey

8:10pm- Sharing circle of journey, reflections and experience

8:25pm- Closing ceremony

8:30pm- Completion

$45 for a 2 hour experience including tea to take home and a hormone supporting snack.

This includes access to a Women's Wellness Facebook group to share and find support.

Who is this for?

This masterclass is for those that wish to explore and experience deep states of consciousness and healing.

Who is it NOT for?

The
techniques used in this masterclass can possibly evoke intense
physiological and emotional responses. These responses are all natural
and normal responses of the body as it releases past trauma and trapped
energy. However, if you come under any of the following categories below
then it is recommended you seek clearance from a health care
professional before deciding to purchase a ticket to this event.*please
note we require you to also fill out a health screening form upon the
day of attending the event and if appropriate please bring any written
health care professional clearances with you also. - Cardiovascular conditions
- Personal history of heart attacks, high blood pressure or angina
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Recent injury or surgery
- Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing or lowing blood pressure
- Personal history of PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis
