This circle is held on a Thursday evening around the New Moon each month

This month we have Jennadene Anne Jedda coming to share with us the gift of weaving for well-being.

Jennadene is an enduring spirit, empowerment guide, and crafter who blends traditional and contemporary weaving techniques to promote wellbeing and connection to ancestral practices. Passionate about supporting women through their journey of aging, Jennadene emulates practices that honour and address the unique needs of women.

Through her craft, she highlights the transformative benefits of weaving, using natural materials to nurture creativity, mindfulness, and cultural vitality. Jennadene creates space where individuals can explore personal growth and thrive through transitions while reconnecting with the living wisdom of ancestral knowledge all within them waiting to be awakened.

A sacred gathering that offers a space to connect, share, and support one another as we embrace the energies of the new moon in Pisces.

A new moon in Pisces, a sign of deep feelings and the inner psyche, reminds us to dream big, stir up our creativity, and encourages us to reflect on the importance of surrender.

Come with an open heart, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and empowered by the collective energy of women coming together.

We’ll share a short breathwork practice to cultivate and embody this beautiful new energy.

This is a co-created environment where we will meet with confidentiality, respect, inclusivity, active listening and non-judgement.

WHO IS THIS CIRCLE FOR?

This circle is for women that wish to explore a heartfelt connection with other women as well as experience expansion through sharing and the breath in a sacred environment.

WHO IS THIS EVENT UNFORTUNATELY NOT FOR?

The breathwork techniques used in this circle are beginner friendly and whilst the chance of physiological and emotional responses are slim there is always a possibility of this occuring. These responses are all natural and normal responses of the body as it releases past trauma and trapped energy. However, if you come under any of the following categories below then it is recommended you seek clearance from a health care professional before deciding to purchase a ticket to this circle

*please note we require you to also fill out a health screening form and if appropriate please bring any written health care professional clearances with you also.

- Cardiovascular conditions

- Personal history of heart attacks, high blood pressure or angina

- Glaucoma or retinal detachment

- Recent injury or surgery

- Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing or lowing blood pressure

- Personal history of PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis

- Personal History of Seizures

- In the middle of a severe mental illness

- Personal history of aneurysms (or family history)

- You are currently pregnant or are breastfeeding

WHAT TO BRING:

A journal, water bottle and lip gloss (needed for breathwork as lips can get dry breathing in and out of ones mouth)

Please also bring a low chair, bean bag or yoga/meditation equipment so you are comfortable in the space

WHAT TO WEAR:

Whatever you are comfortable in and perhaps add some New Moon in Pisces and Crown chakra flair ;) AKA violet or white.
