This circle is for women to gather and discuss all aspects of health and wellness as we venture through life and it's cycles.

A place to share stories, gain wisdom, learn tools to support ourselves and celebrate our lives.

Held on a Tuesday evening around New Moon we will have monthly topics to discuss and you will come away with tools, tips and a sense of community knowing you can walk through life with others in the same boat.

We will talk about what care you can take in the way of food, life cycle awareness, and how to support the nervous system

This month we have Jennadene Anne coming to weave us into to 2025

Jennadene is an enduring spirit, empowerment guide, and crafter who blends traditional and contemporary weaving techniques to promote wellbeing and connection to ancestral practices. Passionate about supporting women through their journey of aging, Jennadene
emulates practices that honour and address the unique needs of women.

Through her craft, she highlights the transformative benefits of weaving, using natural materials to nurture creativity, mindfulness, and cultural vitality. Jennadene creates space where individuals can explore personal growth and thrive through transitions while reconnecting with the living wisdom of ancestral knowledge all within them waiting to be awakened.

Gathering in circles allows women to share wellness ideas and offers a unique blend of community, support, and empowerment. In these circles, women can openly discuss their experiences, challenges, and successes, creating a safe space for authentic connection

Come with an open heart, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and empowered by the collective energy of women coming together.

This is a co-created environment where we will meet with confidentiality, respect, inclusivity, active listening and non-judgement.

Ticket includes weaving materials yet if you have something you'd like to bring and weave into your creation then please feel free to do so.

We'll also share a hormone supporting snack (with discussion and recipe to boot) and some delicious teas
